Since the Texas Mile race started primarily as a car race, they didn't know much about bikes.
I wonder who is helping them upgrade the safety rules?
Have they asked anyone here for help with the safety rules?

Yep, they have talked to bike people from the beginning.

Not sure on the radiator, but here's some pics of a very inexpensive and easy fix I did for our overflow caps. Tape doesn't help anyone but rule enforcers(if it's a rule that is), and piss you off when you eventually find the cap and get sticky stuff from it all over your hand.
