Heads=
M10's: 18ftlbs Initial & 37.6ftlbs Final
M6's: 7ftlbs
End Bolt: 10ftlbs

Rods =
15.5ftlbs intial & 90* Final

Cases=
M9's: 13ftlbs Initial & 50* Final
M8's: 10.8ftlbs Initial & 19ftlbs Final
M6's: 4.5ftlbs Initial & 8ftlbs Final

Make sure the connecting rod and headbolt threads and contact surfaces are lightly oiled,

so your saying on the rods 15.5 and then 90 degrees turn that  just sounds a little low on the bolts because they are the same size as the busa

No problem(and I just looked it back up for you to verify that is what it states).
It of course all depends on thread pitch when it comes to the increase of a "degreed" final torque(since it's really trying to more appropriattley acheive a predetermined thread stretch), but I know that an oiled 3/8-16 Harley headbolt(probably somewhere close to a 10mm-1.50 metric thread?) initially torqued between 12-14ftlbs will result in a 42-48ftlbs final torque taking it 90* from that point.
