Why did you go with the Elka ($940) Shock

versus the more popular: Penski ($825), Hyperpro ($1,000), Ohlins ($1,300), etc...

I have not heard much feed back on it in regards to its use as a Drag Shock.

Cause its gonna match my paint job better.

I think they're all close to the same quality so its gonna be pretty much personal peference.

I guess they're pretty new to the drag race game but not new in suspension.

I really liked the no piggy back resorvoir too. Guess I wanted to be a little different........ them coming highly recommended from Richard didn't hurt neither.

There a tad bit higher than what you posted also.......RCC list them for $1,150

After a couple track days ill make you a believer.

All I can do is look at the money I saved: Tires, C-16, Clutches, etc...

Next Test & Tune is in 3 weeks...
But I did pass my Vehicle Registration Inspection today = Very rigid! I'm now Street Legal and Licensed.

I just put my clutch in and should have it running by next weekend if all go's well

Been working on it everynight this week.

Its finally getting real close to starting up.

Just gotta finish wiring the ams and a few misc items and install the rest of the turbo kit which is easy.

Its the wiring that kicks my ass. Trying to make sure its damn near perfect. I hate electrical gremlins. That's why it takes me so damn long.

If I don't go to canada this weekend, she should be ready by sunday night.

WoooHooo!!!

Trying to schedule a t&t day next weekend. Gotta make sure its all good for the 16th.

Gotta take that title home again!
