trying again tell me what you think

3 weeks and no sleep to get this done and i did all the work including the arm with the exception of the powdercoating that was done by a friend in noblesville (james thanx) he had great turnaround time 2-3 days on most big stuff

with six hours sleep in 5 days the last thing i worried about was the wheels haha   besides that it is getting black chicanes on it shortly         thanks   :wink:

I see you used 1000 Forks...
Did you shim the lower Fork Leg Clamps with a .020 spacer?  :?:

no it tightend up nicely without any binding the only thing i ended up doing was grinding a little out of the lower triple tree about .030 because i didnt like how close the lower leg clamp got to being totally closed up and i took the busa rotor and cut it down to the 1000 dia so the caliper would mount without using the spacers under the caliper and with the braided line it stops great

nice..curious why You bolted the head into the bike with the tbs without the rest of the motor!!!

i changed the fuel system order to test fit the fuel system and routing of the hoses i changed this over from a stock 03 fuel system and dry spray to a external car fuel pump and a wet spray system that is capable of 400 hp if wanted that i have set at about 160 to the tire right now but anyway i needed to mock up some of the fuel system so i could tell what i needed for fittings and hoses

Nice bike, but why did it look like it had been in a sand storm???  I love that collor combination...I'm have a set of forks that I am about to add, but I'm doing the entire 1000k set up tripples and all.

it had been sitting in the garage all winter while i did paint prep work before going to paint both to finish the paint and i had done prep on 3 other bikes also,         it is getting a change this week also going to get a sidewinder lower and new rubber also a lockup as when it went to the dyno it smoked the clutches they dont hold 345 hp very well                                                                           


and thanx for the comments i didnt know how i was going to like the colors i was going to go yellow and black but that has been done to much
