hahn port fueller
« on: April 24, 2008, 05:11:59 PM »
Has anyone fitted this under a standard airbox non turbo application.I know its expensive but seems to mimic the gen 2 setup. Also the opportunity to run a wet shot through it without fuel in the airbox sounds possible.

The port fueler injector module inreases fuel with boost pressure. With no boost pressure the module is worthless.
You'd have to figure someway to control the PF's injectors via. RPM/Throttle position.
Maybe with another PC?

Buy Bruces bike..., changover on yours will be less cost than all the mods.

mines too far gone.would be 5-7k changeover before mods for a 20kg heavier bike.Just thinking outside the square as usual.theport fueller could be run by a bazzaz unit or a separate pc.

We do that using re-racked 05 1k throttle bodies . It requires some modification to the rear lower area of the airbox but its no big deal at all .
what are you planning on using to control the injectors so they ramp in with your nitrous ? We had a custom controller made .
Or are you talking about mounting wet nozzles where the injectors were ? Ive considered that as well....

First one we did I actually moved the outer ports of the head inward to fit the throttle bodies but that was very time consuming both maching the head then working the ports out . VERY expensive way to do it ! I love that head though . It works phenominally .
