I have a set of these on order for my 2005 hayabusa show bike, they make it possible to delete all the ugly bulky handlebar controls and run hidden switches.  They even upgrade your turnsignals to be self cancelling after a preset time period.  I have a set of switches on the brake and throttle side, they will be set up to run the up-down feature of my air-ride system, purge button, LED lights and strobes, and all factory switches.  I will update you guys as soon as they are in and installed on my bike, the owner (Timothy) is a great guy, he even set the switches up and offered to wire them to the factory switch harness that comes off the factory switch housing for me.  These are some pics that he sent me of the custom grips that I am purchasing, but the possibilities are endless, check them out at his company's website: gripace.com
