How heavy are you? That makes a big difference.
Do not lower the front end, that's a whole different world of set that takes a specialist to get right. When you do that, you have to adjust everything else.
Even though the springs are harder than last years model, they're not that much that makes a big difference. The first thing you're going to do is set up sag;

But more than likely, the preload on the fork (adjusters on top of triple......the flat head screwdriver adjusters on top/bottom of fork are compression and rebound....) will need to be cranked all the way flush to the triple tree. Set rebound/compression by 'feeling' the bounce of the fork (zone out, look into the distance, and get a feel for it carefully). The idea is that you want it to compress and rebound at the same rate. If one is faster, adjust until they are equal.
That's for now.
The best thing you can do is have a performance shop do it. Or, if there is a race track (road course) nearby, go during a track day. Track day organizers usually have a suspension guy there that will do it for $30 or so. EVEN BETTER, go to the track and learn how to ride the bike!! Once you do a track day, there is no going back, you will be addicted.
Even on our fat Busa's. I throw that bike down in the corners every weekend, it's all the rider.
