Velocity stacks from Gsxr 1000

I have heard  if you put the short stacks from a gixxer 1000 (07-08) on the gen 2 busa you will pick up 3-4hp up top.
  Can anyone comment on this?

It will net U 2hp on a stock engine and 4hp on a 1441cc

Will the GSXR-1000 short stacks net anything on a Gen I 1397 already running 4-short Busa stacks?
