Considering a very well built 1397 making 215-220HP on pump will cost you $6000 and thats without the transmission work I was just wondering what kind of power any one has made with maybe a good exhaust, cam, and head setup

Spaz knows his stuff for sure. I would trust him in a second with my Busa. But I promised myself no motor work at all on my 08

It was done by Lee's Performance owned and operated by Lee Shierts.

The cams are custom made by him.

i got over 225 hp first time on the dyno out of the mildest build possible
one battery start
dished pistons
little cams
stock valves size
and that 225hp was on old pump gas from last year when i bought the bike
i have shell rotella deisel oil it to break in 15w45
when i get a few miles on it and change some things like mrx01, synthentic oil, and the usual tricks.........then 240hp no problem

anyone have any updates for this?  It'd be helpful for those of us who are planning to tear into our engines this winter and have a H.p. number in mind, but don't know exactly how to get there.
