Considering that there have been a few wanted ad's and he has not responded with his signature line of "You want new" I would think he is taking a few days off.

I am sure he will answer you either Monday or Tuesday..

I would contact an admin here and explain what is going on, at that point Street and Tracks account will be suspended unless he can prove that either you did not pay, changed your mind..etc..Charles has always been a good seller however it only takes one bad deal to ruin your reputation and he has been on here since you originally posted and to find that he has not taken care of this is very alarming.

I know...I never had any problems until now. As a matter of fact, Charles has hooked me up on several occasions but this time we are dealing with someone elses money. This guy wants his money back. My bank statement shows that the money was drafted on the 10th of June and still no part. I try to call him all the time and get no answer and no return calls. Dunno what's going on.

If paid for on a credit card do a charge back with the bank/credit card issuer.
