Ignition Bypass Help
« on: August 12, 2008, 11:01:00 PM »
I do not have a key to the bike I bought and I want to bypass the ignition. I have researched it here and have found mixed results, so can someone tell me what exactly I need to do? This will be a race bike only so I am not concerned about cutting the wires in between the green plug and the ignition switch.

I have the 100 ohm resistor and from what I read you are suppose to wire than from B/W to O/Y

What about the other four wires? Brown-Orange-Red-Grey how are they suppose to be wired??

Thanks,
Scott

Nope - All I know about is the 2 wires and the resistor. When I was at Bob's he was pretty busy and said he had it written down somewhere and I didn't want to bother him anymore so I told him I would find it..........so if you have all the info please tell me again because I don't seem to remember everything you told me.......thanks J.

He is at Bonneville right now and I would not expect him for a week or so.
