Map Convertion (pc2 to pc3)

As you all know that the pc2 maps for the AAP table and MP table to alter the fueling where pc3 alters the injection pulse signal. When switch from pc2 to pc3, how can the map be retain (converted) to injection pulse map?

can it even be done?
