big boy clutch mods

traded my 07 for an 08 :D I weigh about 245 lbs. and drag race.
I know I need the one piece mod, but do I need a cushion kit? :?

You don't need a cushion kit, just get the brocks one piece mod and your good to go.

You live in South Carolina...Cool. I live right across the state line in fairmont NC,but I work over in dillon SC....

Only thing I had done to my Busa is switch out the front sprocket (16TH)...Now it comes up in every gear LoL.

I'll make all of you guys feel fat. I weigh anywhere between 135 and 140 in jeans and t-shirt. But about this one piece brocks clutch, I see that it's like $240. Does anyone have it cheaper? And is this a mod I can do on my own, I'm not super mechanical but I have resources I can utilize like my brother and my dad.

yeah its pretty simple it takes about 10 min to do need an impact wrench though unless you got one of those basket holder things so that it wont turn as your
loosing up the nut

i found a drag racing necessities kit through brocks, it's $414 comes with clutch mod, straps, lowering links, looks to be a sweet deal. I'm gonna order this but i'm waiting till the weather turns shitty. being that i live in buffalo, it might only be a few more days till the snow is here. :cry:
