headlight question
« on: September 16, 2008, 07:23:01 PM »
My headlight (low beam) seems a little short of giving me good visibility at night, the high is pretty good, but is there any way to adjust the low?  Are there better bulbs or something that I can go with.  I wear my glasses when I ride, so my eyes are not the problem.  Also, which is the best air filter to go with, K&N, Pipecross, .....  I don't use anything buy Uni on my off road vehicles, but all my on road stuff runs K&N.  I read that some filter manufacturers don't recommend extended street use for their filters.
Thanks.

A big hell yes to the HID!!!!

I will be putting mine on it today. Incredible at night and daytime visibility goes up also.

Not sure about air filters. Always use stock.

Ya know what? I took my HID off the bike.

It scattered to much and threw a wierd pattern on the road that annoyed me.

It's the same HID kit I had on my first Gen bike.  :?

Is it me or is there only adjustment for up/down and right/left for the HI/LO combined on the new Busa? I will be damned if I could find any more adjusters behing the headlight to do the LO seperate from the HI.
