Removing o2 sensor
« on: September 22, 2008, 04:55:33 PM »
I want to try and hang my 1stGen Akro on the 2008.

BUT, without a Baz box or PC, what is going to happen when I unplug the oxygen sensor?

Well, with the stock exhaust still on the bike and the o2 sensor unplugged, it kicks a FI light and code. So, that that route is crap.  :x

I guess that would be the best way to go about it.

2 options and we did use gen 1 pipe on gen2 bike. you can bypass with the plug from powercommander or brock or weld in bung and keep 02 sensor. you really need pc on bike since it will need remapping with pipe to be at best performanceif you can find 330 ohm resisitor then you can wire it in and not buy a plug but has to be 330ohms or close
