the back two mounts will fit the front two will not but if it is like mine it is not far off not to hard to make some front brakets with some measurments or just call hybrid racing they can tell you everything you need to know

I know a 05 1k motor in a 04 1k frame 2 of the head to frame mount bolts dont line up,and most who do this swap leave them out..

not sure on the 600 though, but most likely same deal..

check over on GIXXER.COM I'm sure someone knows..gl.

iv  put in 05-06 motors in 01-04's  but the front 2 bolt holes dont line up  but you can make them  it just takes soe time and a drill lol

It'll fit.  As said above, front 2 mounts dont line up.  You can weld new tabs on the head, cut and move the mounts on the frame, or make a bracket to use both stock mounts.  I've heard in order to use brackets, you will have to clearance the frame on the 04-05s.  I think the easiest is to weld tabs on the head.  Then if you ever swap it back to stock, the 600 will still bolt back in the frame.
