1) Good quality swingarm, better if its adjustable, 3-9 over would be best overall
2) get your forks cut down. Eddie Krawiec did mine, Macintosh, DME ..... they all do well.
3) get a good shock or have yours redone, again, Eddie Krawiec can do it
4) low-profile oil pan with swivel pick up
5) sidewinder
6) air shifter
7) good tire: Shinko, Mickey .....
The above-mentioned items will allow you to slam the bike (2-3") off the ground. The wheelbase, shock and tire nwill allow you to basically lock that throttle and throw that clutch. The shock / tire combo will glue the bike well for the front half of the track.
After 23 years in this game, that is the best advice I can give.
After the bike is working well in the front 1/2, THEN go back & add power later.
