Welcome to Tiger Racing's 6th Annual Christmas Give-away here on SH.org

This last year was even tougher than the year before.  Good friends lost, bikes wrecked, bones broken and those of us left continue on.
Tiger Racing wants to spread some Christmas cheer early this year so we are giving away anything on our shelves.
Tiger Racing will give away Christmas Coupons so that you can apply them to anything on our shelves you would like.
We will give away 20 chain guards or a $60.00 Christmas Coupon, your choice and 2 complete Racing Sponsorships.
Racing sponsorships will receive anything you need from our complete aluminum product line for 2009.

To win, you must be:
1.   Nominated by a fellow board member
2.   Given a 50 word essay / short story as to why you should be chosen by Santa Tiger for the Give-away
3.   Military gets bonus points from Santa Tiger but we still need the essay / short story
4.   Picture of Bike with Tiger Racing stickers also gets bonus points
5.   Picture of nominated member wearing a Tiger Racing T-Shirt on their bike with Tiger Racing stickers earns maximum bonus points

I'd like to nominate several members on here if possible.

sparky1397r:
Sparky is just a genuine good guy - which are few and far between in this area.  Not only does he offer an extra set of hands to help with a bike project, but is also the first to offer with a car as well.  If he can't help with labor he's always more than willing to borrow tools, expertise, or even parts off of his own bike.  He took me to buy my first bike, a Ninja 250, in November 2006.  Without his help I would not be where I am today in the world of motorcycles in not only knowledge, but actual riding ability as well. :thumb:

dave3.4:
I met Dave for the very first time at 5:30 in the morning on the day of the SH.org SGMP rental.  He PM'ed me earlier that week after reading about my truck/trailer woes and offered to not only ride with him to the track, but to transport my bike and parts as well.  I had never met the guy before and he extended this offer to me - which in itself shows hes a racer willing to help a fellow racer.  Since then we've crossed paths several times at the local track and hes gone above and beyond to help out and asked for absolutely nothing in return.  :thumb:

coryonbusa:
I also met Cory for the first time at the SH.org SGMP rental.  He introduced himself, shook my hand, and acted as if we've known each other for some time.  He not only filmed my runs, which helped me continue to learn when I got home, but helped strap my front end, work on my bike, etc.  Throughout the day I asked MANY questions about his bike, trailer setup, etc and he was always willing to answer and educate me.  Not to mention you have to like his parenting techniques by calling the TV his kid's "third parent" and "babysitter"  :thumb:

Without these three I wouldn't have learned as much as I did this race season nor have made the SH.org rental in October.  Three stand up guys, they get my nomination.  :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

I was under that impression as well.  If I'm needing to write about the people I nominated I'll gladly edit my post to reflect so.  :thumb:

I would like to nominate Patterson. He's new to the site and as of last week is a Busa owner, now.

Patterson is one of those friends that is and has always been there whether it was financial reasons, blown up motor in a Del Sol (I know it's a girls car but it gets GREAT gas mileage), or if I needed help with my Busa. He even bought and loaned me a chain rivetting tool (and at the time, he didn't even have a bike).  He now has a Busa that I had to Repo from a Dumb Ass, and could use ALOT of parts (especially a Tiger Tail).

I’m nominating three people whom I and many others have had the pleasure to meet in person as well as correspond with on this board. They’ve all left a positive impression on me. I’d like to nominate them to say thanks for being a positive influence and role model for so many! (Ironically they’re all Kawi riders, go figure, but hey, nobody said they had to own a busa!)

TRNorBRN6001
Gary volunteers at the ECTA track every time he attends including his very first time after a 1,200 mile drive! He’s a fun and even tempered competitor even when things go wrong. He’s offered parts off his bike freely just to try and is always a positive contributor on SH.org.

Is it a Tiger Racing chain guard?

zrxdean
Dean is a very gracious and hard working competitor. Always willing to listen and help. He’s worked hard with his LSR bike and achieved great results with his own hands on late nights and with hard work. He’s another positive role model in both our LSR venue and on SH.org.

entropy
Karl is another fun loving competitor at our ECTA track. He’s a very generous person always grateful for help and willing to lend a hand. He’s given very generously and selflessly to a member in need at a difficult time in their life. He’s another consistently positive contributor to SH.org.

If you look real close you can see his Tiger Racing chain guard. It’s in there, really!

Thanks to these fine board members and thanks to Santa & Mrs. Tiger for once again giving back to our board!
Debbie

Keep those cards and letters coming in.  Santa Tiger loves good little boys and girls, especially the girls.

Santa Tiger thinks no one is here.  Maybe there are no good little boys and girls this year.
