new old school project

This is a basket case in all essence of the word, when i bought this bike it came with 6 tubs of parts to go with it. I will post more pics as it progresses.

my first gsxr was a 87 1100
I will look to see if I have any parts left at my parents
01 Black/Silver,08 GSXR fork/wheels, Pyramid DB, Corbin seat, gsxr1K footpegs, spedo healer, PCIII USB, 6 over Trac arm and Boosted!!

yes the shop does need a bit of cleaning it only has 2 busas i am working on for myself a srad 600 for my boy to ride next year and this bike i am biulding going to be a long winter

going to be interesting to see how fast this is with a built 1340 in it hmmmm :vl:

oh ya and i forgot a 80 wet kit

more coming waiting on some parts to arrive and getting ready to do some more paint and graphics chasis about done hoping the end of the month have most of it done trying to get motor ready also

well pretty well finished going to the track today to see what it will run motor only but i dont think it came out to bad from what it started as what do you think


and lets see here is a list of what it is

86 gsxr 750 4 degree rake
600 katana front end
busa front caliper and shock
750 srad macintosh arm modified to work on this application
1340 1127 motor with ported head 2mm over intake 1mm over ex valves 213 grind webb cams busa rods backcut trans billet shift shaft and soon to come a 80 wet kit
airtech bodywork
house of kolors trueblue pearl with blue flake added
schnitz pro street ign box with dyna pickup and blue coils
all work was done in house or should i say in my garage and by the way it is cleaned up now sorry

a big bar and a 20 pound sledge        just  bumped the nos had 20 24 jets went 147 mph with my big azz on it and a 1.62 60 foot just put 28 30 jets waiting to see what it does with that and 20 pounds of lead in the front fender haha    :vl:

The photos bring back a lot of memories.  20 years ago, I had an 87 model GSXR1100 with a 1255 in it ...... I should have used Carillo rods, it would have lasted longer.

oh just a update it did go a 9.09 at 162
