I bought a crank and rods from JAY at APE I had billed to a credit card. I did not pay attention to the statement like I should have when it came it but rather looked at it some time later specifically last week. I sent Jay a pm about a double bill on my card within 48 hours I had a response he was working on it and would have it resolved by tuesday. I get a call tonight from him saying they went through there paperwork and discovered the error and credited back my card for the overcharged amount. Jay and the gang at APE are truly some amazing and HONEST people to deal with.
