Jet size for Riceya plate

OK Guys,  puttin a NOs kit with riceya plate... So I wanna keep it on the safe side... what size jet should I use? also I have mixed stacks... should I go to all short or do you think mixed will be ok?

I just put one on my wife's bike with a 38 jet, all controlled by the ECU (window, wot, map switching) just using re-flashing and a 02-07 ECU www.boostbysmith.com/ecu.html

only thing is my bike is a 2000... with a int on the Exh and Dynoed @ 176HP and like I said I don't wanna get greedy... and don't wanna push it with the fuel system...
