Stock 08 piped and mapped with a 25-35hp shot will do it no problem.

My N/A has a pipe and pwr cmdr mapped went 198mph / Didn't have enough time to play with the gas before the trip in OCT.  Builing one '08 NA only / '08 nitrous / 05 stage three
