i am at 14 psi on 93 octane.  this is the high setting on the booost controller.  I have it wired to the high beams, so low beams is 8psi with 275ish hp and high beam is 14psi with 322  .   Needless to say i rarely have it on 14psi with stock wheelbase.

Ace, i will be calling up there later today because i have a few questions for Jay.  I'll ask what the status is on your bike when I call.
sounds good and i'm heading back over tomr because he will have reset the cams by then and that was really the only thing on our to do list that was left....remember to stay out of that WOT on the high boost settings even with the water injection.....it will be okay for short burst but a good long pull on the top end and it could hurt you

FAAAKKK, did it tear anything else up?
I know the ZZZs are supposed to be the latest and greatest but..... my buddy with a stg 2 thats 8" over has broke 2 of those chains....the last time we put a ZVX on it and its still holding.  I have had a ZVX on mine for a couple years, prolly 5k miles and its still fine. But other then dyno time, I have only rode it with maybe 350-360hp or so....

I would try a ZVX and rivot master link.

BTW where WERE the cams set at?

Youre getting close.... :thumb:

Broke a ZZZ chain???  I dont know if thats a good thing....(making alot of power) or a bad thing....( the chain wasnt installed properly).  How much damage did the broken chain cause?

oh yeah you are absolutely right, at least only 1 shop got the chance to mess stuff up, found out the wastegate wasn't very tight and we are thinking now its boost leak related, bike makes good power on spring pressure but then when you start applying boost it is behind....overlapping graphs show these kits to make 250hp at 7k and mine is only making 166hp at 7k....then boom!! it made 319 ft tq at only 450hp or so which is def crazy off so i am here now and we are sorting it out

Jay and the crew worked their ass off again, got everything straightened out and started mapping the bike, then the wastegate took a shit..... Oh well guess we will keep at it until we get it done. Can't say enough good stuff about stedman racing :thumb:

How did the wastegate take a shit? There is nothing to em...?  diaphragm get pinched or something?

What turned out to be the problem with the low power at 7k?  the cams off?

yeah the cams were at 110 so they are set to 105/106 now.....when we hooked up the ams on external air it the wastegate was leaking and blowing air out the turbo ect.....I can't properly even explain it but jay took the wastegate off and it was spinning all over the place even though the nut was as tight as it could be....he took it apart and showed me how whoever set it up originally didn't clock it properly and how it hogged out something in the inside.....the rubber oring was all chewed up. So im just gonna order a new one and send this one off to get rebuilt and sell it when it gets back instead of waiting on them to rebuild it. He even was gonna take the 44m wastegate off of his and put it on mine to finish tuning it but it was 11pm and the cops already were complaining once we got into the 450's #. One reason the boost at RPM's were off is that my turbo is bigger than I originally thought its not the normal RCC super ultra turbo its actually the even large one that motorhead made the 700's with therefore turbo cams would have been a great option but i expected it to be the 4088 instead of the 4094

600HP 39lb 225mph on the dyno :D :D :D I'm done....turbo GT4094 is so freaking big its pumping to much air into the motor for it not to have turbo cams and a big head on it therefore I'm stopping
