yeah it was screaming it's ass off but that turbo was saying give me more haha..... Motörhead said the damn turbo is so big and it takes so much to spin that joker that it builds up alot of back pressure without cams and a big head..... Without the 240 tire we prob would have seen 647 or around that....... And it was actually 40lb  boost

Wow, very impressive that the smoothing is set at zero and it is still that smooth. Not sure I have ever seen one that smooth without software smoothing.

nope just giving insight over the phone when we at first couldn't figure out why it wasnt building boost until about 9300!!!! That motorhead is one smart turbo guy, man he was going on about tune it like this....give it what it wants...its not gonna like all the fuel in this part of the power curve....it needs more RPMS ect.....pretty interesting listening to him talk about it and you could def tell it wasn't his first time around the block

thanks it was well tuned and made a ton of passes on the dyno mostly due to boost leaks, wastegate problems, cams set wrong ect....seemed like everytime we started in on it something would pop up and we would have to start the tune over. Jay said something about the smoothing last night and wanted to show how linear with no misfires that it had, i guess this is what you are referring to. I can't even explain how pleased i am dealing with Stedman motorsports!!! those guys went beyond the call of duty for me and my bike. Jay, Joe, and Rob Thanks for all you guys have done for me over the past week

oh and i forgot that we pulled 3 degrees of timing out up top over the whole map....For not having the proper cams and a big head and using a 240 tire+ the timing pulled....I couldn't be happier with the numbers and this was in some hot humid southern weather

600 is rather stout

just ran it again to make sure the a/f would be the same because we had been running back to back passes....after a 10 min cool down it made 617HP 304TQ at the same boost

well i need to do some trimming on the left fairing for the blow off valve and the water pump so that it will fit snug, I need to go over the bike and tighten down bolts, and i need to figure out which fuse i blew yesterday when i plugged in my HID lights

Hell I don't want to hear about blown fuses!!!!!!!!!!!!!LOL MY piece of sh&t is popping fuses like crazy and Rodney Williford{who is an ace with wiring}is struggling...I hope yours Ace is an easy find.

yeah we just plugged in the HID's and put the front end on.....i rolled it off the dyno and turned the key to check out the lights and it turned on for a second and then just went out.....I'm gonna get on it tonight

it was a blown fuse for the lc1. replaced the 10amp with a 15 and it now works fine

We ran the pump gas passes after the C16 and it was getting late so we didn't even let it cool down really. With the 3 degrees pulled out it made 362HP and 200TQ on pump fuel.....at first i kinda figured the pump #'s would be higher but then i realized the motor was heat soaked, timing was pulled and that 240 tires is taking some away, also this huge turbo doesnt like these low boost #'s and its not as efficient. But 362 is good for me and it prob makes even more considering that was within 5 minutes of the 617 pull. Its also has a 15lb spring in it to keep that big turbo awake so I think the least i have is 330HP.....not alot of 1st and 2nd gear WOT for me in the future

100X better than you would think....never blistered up and never got tire slippage, its a pirelli diablo and it had about 1K miles on it prior to the dyno time, Jay was really shocked i think to how well it held up
