Are you thinking about selling it out of frustration or did you build it to sell it?
its just crossing my mind. When i was building it i did do somethings to the bike in order to potentially make it more marketable in the future...but i had no intent of possibly selling it this soon. You can't build this bike for cheaper than 50K....I'm not going to advertise it just yet, i want to ride it and give it a chance and then see how i feel. I'm really not frustrated at all, i just moved to a much larger inner city and theres traffic lights all over the place and just doesn't seem like the ideal place for a 600HP slammed stretched busa...i mean really even a stage 1 turbo, an 08 witha pipe and programmer and tune just sounds more practical, i don't have to sell it at all and just the thought of not having it erks me....

not really, it rides fine on the street I just went from a town of 15,000 to a town of 1million.....it was unexpected move so now I have to make a decision on if I can really ride around here and it's not lookin like it..... Sure does suck ass thinkin of not having a turbo though

Ace, Im livin in an area with a very high population.
The only way to ride my mcx turbo Busa here is with an oil cooler.
It works.

Everything is possible mate. Dont  capitulate.
Try to fix the problems and make the bike more roadworthy.
Give a shit on the more HP and ride with "only" 250-300 on the streets.
Its more than enought.

yeah Ive just got to find time to get it over to a dyno for a minute.... No serious problems just gotta figure out what the fueling is doing, got to also add a second fan, in all honesty I like this big turbo and don't wanna change it, I like being able to short shift it and still  make goobs of power, maybe raise it a little so I'm not limited to freeway riding, Im just gonna see how the work schedule goes cause if I can't enjoy it enough I can't justify having so much $ in something I never get to use....I would rather see somebody else ride and enjoy it

Just hold on to it.  The economy should be going back up soon.  You may be able to sell it over the winter.

yeah i'm tossing around a couple of options....i know that once i get the little boost stumble from whatever line or ect....has happened fixed then i will not wanna sell it cause it will be hauling ass....i guess the good thing about it is that its prob worth now what it will be in a year or 2....not like its going out of style or its gonna be looked at as "slower" because its 2006 technology

haha yeah i moved it to indoor storage last 2 weeks ago and the half mile trip there where i got to fire it up and run it down the street i was like OH YEAH I"M A KEEPING....i'm gonna try and ride it over to jays this weekend for an extra fan, and a set of pair block offs and hopefully put it on the dyno and see what the fueling and boost issue is....the first 170 miles i rode the bike it did awesome and was boosting like a mad man so i just need to get it back to that and i will be good....i'm ready for some more of those 5 and 6th gear WOT down the interstate.....roll it up in 3rd at 7K and WOT and it takes of like a N/A bike

well believe it....it had like little jb welds put in it or something....cause as soon as the boost got turned up it would blow them out and then when ever you have the bike running you could hear what sounded to be a ticking. Jay didn't have any in stock so he just got creative and made some....but i'm heading over tomr to get some real ones and a second fan....suppose to go on the dyno but he just called and said his A/F on his dyno isn't working so i guess the boost issue will not be getting fixed but i'm still gonna ride over just to get to ride the bike
