aftermarket rods and forged pistons to start with.

Much better ignition (MSD or ???)

Retard timing 5*

trans set up for nitrous use (back cut)

That's just a start....

at 200 HP you may want 10-15 degrees retard.
Any day on a motorcycle like this that ends just needing parts and labor is a good day.

You may... it depends.

I'd say 5* minimum.

I think the general rule is 1 degree for every 50 HP, isn't it?

Oh, one more thing, you'd want a dedicated fuel system for the wet kit with a return type regulator and a very good pump. At 200 HP nothing will be forgiving, you won't be able to be even a litle bit off on anything without trying to use aluminum as fuel.

And one more thing about the 10-15* retard, the EGT will be very high as it is, with 10-15 degrees retarded ignition timing it will be even higher (although quite a bit of it will be out the pipe rather than in the chamber)

you can spray 200 wet but the list of mods goes like
after 50 hp you want to add 3 degrees per 50hp
so 200 hp would be a start of 9 to 10 degrees of timing with c16 fuel more timing on the tune depending on fuel.
forged piston and good rods
cams degreed with a wide lobe separation to take advantage of the gas. ( my choice but you don't have to)
a good progressive system and a msd 6 box would make tuning and control easier
revalve shock to harness power and remove some gear from the bike because hp gearing is different from power adder gearing.
just my .02

you have to retard it way more the 5 degrees for 200 hp, and 1st off i wouldn't spray 200 ,i myself wouldn't spray more then 125 and you better know what your doing with 125, with 200 you'll blow it up for sure

at 200 HP you may want 10-15 degrees retard.

I have never personally dealt with more than 80 hp spray, I was basing it on the expert...may need even more than 15....

I take out 16degrees for 150hp

Buddy I would go with the 100-125 wet kit and get a progressive box to control it if you already don't have one. If you don't mind me asking --Why spray so much? Why not take the .080 spacer out to get some more compression and spray a 100 shot? Unless the pistons are Je turbo pistons with the large skirt then that makes sense to keep the spacer.

Don't wanna see you litter the track with parts :thumb:

with your set up you should be right at 200 hp on motor with 12.5:1 compression and then you can spray a 100-125 on top of that. That's good power fro a bike 70" long. 60's should be in the 30's

why is everyone scared of so much nitrous? I have dyno sheets and many runs with over 100hp worth and no problems :thumb:on motor it is 200.

Anything can be done  :thumb: It just depends how many times  do you want to freashen up the motor and keep a safe tune. I did 125 all season on a 1363/ stock crank/ stock rods 12:1 compression all season. Never had to tear it down :thumb:

If you have the internals to support it
Playing the "If it were me" game

If your goal is 200hp then go for it
get a wide band O2/datalogger and go for it

you don't have to START at the 200hp level do you?
throw in some .024 nitrous jets with the PROPER  size fuel jets, try it and then start creaping up from there

2015 Loring 220.01743 MPH Faired in fifth gear

A 100shot in that setup will go 7.60's all day.  Hell guys go 7.80's with less wheelbase on NO2...

Stocker64 - Rickey G has a 100shot on his 14 (or the rumor is 100 to 125) and a 64" wheelbase running 7.80's.

Keith (used to be on here) was runninga 60 shot on a 72" 1397 and running 8.10's.

So a 100 to 120 shot with 70 to 72" on a slider setup should run in teh 7's with ease if you get the gearing and everything right.

Weight makes a difference but even big guys can run some numbers.  Remember that NO2 and Boost take the DA out of the equation and they really lower the negative effect of weight with that much extra power... :thumb:

i am pushing about 160 with a sb6       the only thing to watch with it is the timing ramp resets to 0 degrees timing retard if it looses signal from the controller as in if it wheelies or you get out of the spray and back on again so your progresive nos controler will pick right back up were it left off in the ramp,  and you wont have the timing out of it            i know this first hand as i melted a block but i do believe if i were you i would pull out at least 12 degrees of timing if not more i pull out 11 deg at 160 also i run my nos fuel system with the injector fuel system as i dont trust the small nos pumps i just had to change my jetting accordingly i run a 17 fuel and a 32 nos jet

right now timing is taken out of ecu directly,no ramp involved,i also get my fuel from my fuel injection.I use 52 psi with 14 fuel, and 26 nos operating at 1000psi regulated by a pressure pro. I currently have 8 degrees out using c-16

that sounds good i just liked the ramp so i didnt loose all my timing at once i was running q 16 so with the oxygenated fuel i need a little more timing out and i run about the same fuel pressure with stock injectors i like the higher fuel pressure so i can get better fuel atomization
