We run and are dealers on the Hays clutch. It's the baddest thing out right now. Tim just changed his marketing to where you have to buy it all as one unit with his outer basket and everything. All in all it's a better deal that way and it keeps the tuning aspect a lot tighter if always using the same mfg componenets... :thumb:

Started to fit the bodywork tonight. Everything is going well so far. My biggest problem is finding a place to mount the CO2 bottle. If anyone has any good ideas, please let me know. The only place I can't mount it is in the swingarm. The battery is going down there.

Here ya go.....nothing fancy but it works, secure and easy to turn on without taking anything apart. Was thinking of mounting it on the underside of the subframe also.....haven't got to that yet for this season though

Looks clean. Is that a remote regulater on the top of your subframe? I have the regs on the bottle and it is a little cluttered and hard to find room to mount. Your bike looks great! How have you been running?

Thanks!

Yeah, its the remote hi/lo set up from cycle-tek. Really happy with it cause of the reason of not having the regs on the bottle valve, etc.

Ran into some gremlins last season and when I finally figured it out I hurt the motor. But managed a 7.99 right before it happened.

Thanks Sean. I'm hoping for a good year. Would you believe I dropped 30 pounds off the bike so far!! I put the water inj tank and pump up front. I almost think I need a turbo upper to get some more room.

I have been there. I melted down my entire top end. The only thing I saved was the cams.

Ya, this thing was a tank!! I really can't wait to see what kind of MPH it will pull now that it has been on a diet. It always ran good on the back half. I could not get the front half where I thought it should be.

Yes a turbo upper will give you that..Get itt now since you have to get other things painted..30 pounds well yes since you got rid of your 20 pound seat and your 10 to 15 pound old tail section.... :D  Looks great..

Can someone tell me how to avoid getting an FI light when the fuel gauge has been removed? I thought it would cause a problem. Thanks..
