07 gsxr1000 to bst differnece

My buddy just put bst's on the 07 gsxr100 he just got, front was 2 lbs  lighter than the stocker with tire but without rotors...
the rear with hub and sprocket but no rotor was a lil over 5 lbs....nota great gain in the front but huge in the rear
