Just curious, I'm a 185lbs rider with a 2004 gixxer 1000. I have a 4" ext on the swing arm and a 45 tooth rear sproket. I have built the bike for drag racing, so the susp. is also lowered. The engine has had all the works done to it, overbore, pistons, port polish heads, cams, high volume oil pump, full Hindle race exhaust, air shifter, and ceramic bearings with PM Revolution rims. I have bulit it to be sleeper bike all engine. I'm just seeking advice on gearing possibilities for the future, that is if I don't already have the best gearing set up for the bike. I have yet to ride the bike its still in the shop about 95% complete, so I don't know what to expect. The front sproket is still at its stock setting, all opinions and expirences welcome.
