Congrats on the ZX10. Outside the motor; a pipe (no slip-ons but the Area P half system is good), PC, TRE, race air filter and remove the secondary butterflies, get it tuned.
Inside the motor;
1; thinner head gasket, race intake cam (if you can find one) degree to 108/104 or thereabouts
2; drop in pistons, bowl porting, valvejob, valvesprings, retainers, set squish to .028
3; split cases, bore & replate, 2mm pistons
4; stroker crank, real head porting
The stock injectors will support plenty of power, you can bump the fuel pressure by squeezing the regulator if you want.
Or you can just install a 20-40hp dry shot with a nitrous map and 93 pump gas.
