Well start on the handle bar and work down
Complete Hydraulic lever and assembly
Clutch line
07 clutch cover
clutch  push rod
inner outer baskets
clutch pusher
clutch pressure plate

basicly everything but clutches but the newer clutches have a lorger contact pad

Curious......why do you want to convert it? are you having problems with your clutch?  My 01 clutch is really grabby but I haven't put a cushion in it yet.  Before I start drag racing it more, I will have to do something with the clutch.

no problems yet Alan I'm going to install some heavy clutch spring and the hydraulic should make it easier on my fingers, and beside i hear it works pretty good, i don't know any one that did it to an 01-02 yet so I'm taking the plunge, i just bought the parts needed, when i get it and install them I'll let you know how it is..
here's a discussion from psychobike.....http://psychobike.com/forums/1000s/6153-converting-05-06-gsxr-cable-clutch-hydrulic.html

So did you ever convert the clutch to hydraulic?  I know I am probably too late to help you but for future searches this is how I have mine set up.  I have a 02' 1k that I am running in a sand rail so I don't know if this setup will clear the plastics on the bike but it works great.  Parts you need.  Slave cylinder from a TL 1000, I think I used parts from 02 models for all parts but can find out for sure if anyone is interested.  A clutch push rod from a Busa.  All you have to do is use a hole saw and cut out the stock clutch cover to accomodate the slave (basically cut out the raised lip from the cover) replace the pushrod and get the parts for the clutch lever I would think you could use the 07-08' parts.

Cut out cover

Cover with slave

If all you want is easier lever pull, maybe look at other bikes that may have a better mechanical advantage on their cable levers??
Any day on a motorcycle like this that ends just needing parts and labor is a good day.
