Yamabond to Seal cylinder to case ?

Is this the Yamabond that you guys use to seal the cylinder to the cases when not using a base gasket ?  :?

I actually use the 3M version which all are derived from... ie: Yamabond, Suzukibond, Hondabond, etc...
