200-210lbs stock wb stock motor busa...gearing?

I was told just -1 in front and stock gearing out back, any advice? 

This is a stock wheelbase stock motor 03 busa with just about every bolt on.  Also lookin to see what kind of times people my weight have gone so i have something to shoot for :thumb:
