i removed the passenger rail and added new black seats :hellno:  well new to me :lol:.  more  pics of mods to come........

 my bare mcxpress getting ready to remove the engine for milling of cylinder and head. hopefully no more blown head gaskets........ :stupid:

back together and home...... :crzy:  check valve spring pressure, new seals , valve job. machined .004 milled off head and .003 off cylinder....new cometic steel head gasket. space cylinder back up..... new cam chain....repaired starter ....all sealed up and re installed  YEE HAH  :smokin:

 I think it will look okay stripped and polished, may be more work :cussing: maybe chrome........ :brnt: :roll:

checked pmfr beadlock wheel for fit  ( it's gonna be tight)  :yes: and getting ready to mount the catalyst 6" over street tail. it's never gonna be done....... :stupid: :moped:
 then I am going to polish the wheel for now........too much moola to chrome  :cussing:

1397cc brocks 031 cams, APE valve springs, ported head, Muzzys 4-1 full system, PC3USB,4 short stacks, small air box mod, 40 shot of dry N2o. 3-7" extentions zzz chain. I only want to do 200 once........................

 the catalyst tail is really lite weight fiberglass, great for the strip.... :thumb:  I will add a second layer of  woven glass/resin to beef it up as I've seen a bunch of them damaged when used as they come from catalyst (stress cracks , rock chips).  an air tech tail was on the bike before this  and was waaaay heavier....... like 3 layers .... :sprz:  no stress cracks at all... :thumb:

 I'm sorta anal about things like that... :hys:
