Boz Bros Exhaust

Anyone have any experience with this pipe? I put it on my 08 and it sounds awesome but runs like crap I have power commander and map, any ideas plz let me know.

 You get what you pay for ! You had been better going to Autozone or Advance and got chrome tips for a car  saved you money .  Boz Bros Exhaust are not for performance all you get out the Boz is sounds thats it . But thats my OP

Yeah i know . I have guys around doing the same thing all you get is sound out of them . Try and sell them and do the stock can mod they have the sound and keep the back pressure the bike needs .

You should have put up a post asking  about the boz bros exhaust,you would have got the info you needed to make a  decision,almost every person on here would have talked you out of that purchase,you would have got some choice words describing it I'm sure.You say you paid god money for it,what did it cost?

If I learned anything from years of building MX and XC bikes and quads, it's this.... CHEAP =CHEAP.   Five thousand bucks worth of quality parts is 100 times better than fifty thousand bucks worth of crap parts.

Ok... put yosh R77 full system on bike great power ok sound is so so took baffles out. Problem I'm having now is backfire on decel???

Did you put the block off plug in the O2 sen wire

That's only if he's running a tuner.  He needs to block the airbox plug... ;)

Lift the tank, on the right side of the airbox look for a large hose that plugs into the airbox.  Plug that tube with a marble, tape, whatever and reconnect it.  That will stop the back firing.  It's similar to the PAIR mod on the Gen-I... ;)
