Its a hollistic thing to encompass the rebuilding of whole of the bike in detail, heading towards the goal of breathing life back into this old motorcycle.
Its a Zen thing ?
It needs to live and breath again, to feel the tarmac under its wheels.
Every single part has to be removed, checked, cleaned, reconditioned or repaired to work towards the whole.
Its almost a living entity.
I have a goal to make it live !
And its also the bloke zone where I can shout, hammer, say words like f*** ? You know ?
I used to have a massively complex and stressful professional career and the simplicty of bike spannering has always been my chill out from the work stressors.
