Adding my extended swing arm(Done,new pics added.)

Finally got my McINTOSH swing arm ordered.Figured I would post some pictures during the swap.Will add them as I go/get parts.Arm is being built next week.can't wait!

Gonna be 4"-8" adjustable.McINTOSH called Monday to let me know it would be ready in a couple of days.Then I'll be waiting on the the mail truck.

How hard id it to get the bottle out?
Its a little tight with the hugger in place,but not to bad.Any suggestions on keeping bottle tight are welcome.Right now I've got a 2" wide strip of velcro (the soft side) wrapped around my bottles.

You can use a bottle mount on the bottle.  just but it on the bottle just below the top plate and it should keep it somewhat snug

Very nice.  Im looking at getting the same arm except at 2-6 or 3-7 over.  How much did it make a diff in the handling at 4 over?

Where did you get that brake stay from?  How does it mount to the swingarm?  Does it screw in the bottom of it?

Came with swing arm.Bolts to bottom of arm then to caliper.

Ooops went to dealer to pick up a couple of parts for busa & came home with this!


Seriously,I decided to stretch it the full 8",so I ordered a extended tail.Suppose to be here this week , I hope.And yes I have already ordered a fender eliminator for the cbr.My daughter asked if it was a trailer hitch. :hys:
