windscreen of choice for gen 2
« on: August 19, 2009, 06:28:36 AM »
Have a couple of zero gravity's for my gen 1s and need a screen for the gen 2 in light smoke, you guys have any preferences?  Need a double bubble so I can see my gauges while riding without tucking.

Get a powerbronze db. it is the best one  on the market. it is my second one.. and have been very happy with it.

i end up finding the one for the 08 on ebay. good price and shipped out fast.. will look for the info.

DONT GET A ZERO GRAVITY... Thin and break easy.  a buddy of mine had one on his 08 bumped into the screen and it broke.

This is the dark smoke.

I am running the Puig DB in clear. I have to be able to see through it for night time shenanigans while tucked.

My only complaint of it? The gauges reflect on the inside of it and they are hard to "look" through at night.

Other than that, holy hell does it let me get out of the wind while tucked.

Just ordered a puig smoke racing which is the double bubble. Puig is the best quality shield i personally have ever seen and Im sticking with it. It will be here tomorrow friday 21st.

And now the windscreen is going back. The double bubble is way to high for my liking, takes the sleek look out of the busa. Guess ill try something different.

Its smoke. but its a light smoke. also has a flaw in it. has a little bubble in the plastic so not perfect. i may try thier reg windscreen and see if thats what i like. this one looks like blu88s. being a big guy, im sure its what your looking for, but like i said, it takes the sleek look out of the front end. they are nicely made though.trust me on this, you would like it better than zero gravity.

Is that a Zero Gravity?
Any day on a motorcycle like this that ends just needing parts and labor is a good day.

Anyone with the Suzuki BUSA Sport-Touring Light Smoke 2008-2009 windscreen that can post a side and front shot and then one of the view they have from the seat leaning over line they are riding?

How about the Sport Touring Zero Gravity windscreen. Any shots with it installed.

I'm 6'2" and I'm tired of not seeing a lot of the dash, plus it's be nice to cut some wind as well.

Thanks, Yep I saw these pictures on the vendor site and wanted to see them actually on a bike and see how it looked out in the real world.

How much more room is above the dash top? I'm 6'2" and can't see the turn signal blinker lights or most of the top of the dash and was hoping that the touring model would take care of that.

So how much can you get the Touring model for?

I was leaning toward the Suzuki Touring double bubble because it's only 2" taller than the stock and looks more like the stock over the Taller Zero Gravity Touring shield.

Ordered the Suzuki Touring DB and it is great, my wife like it so much I put it on her White 09 Busa and ordered a Zero Gravity Sport Touring from StreetnTrack's site.

I contacted them when I was getting everything together for the Pro Streeter and they will make you a shorter one.
