K 8 Clutch Basket

Have any 1 have had or heard of a service call on the K8 Busa"s, I noticed the my bike was chattering so I took it in to the dealer and the said a certain batch of the K8's had the bolts backing out of the clutch, so they put new bolts and lock tight and torqued them down to 20lbs  the  factory calls for 16.5 so I just wanna know have any 1 had this problem

Yes. There was a TSB on this exact problem.

I took mine in and had it corrected. We went into the clutch to do HD springs a few months after I had the TSB done on mine and found 3 of the bolts loose again. No evidence of locktite on them at all.

To say I was pissed off would be an understatement.

That is ok, I got Brocks stuff in there now.  8)
