YEP....I have a 330 and due to the spinning mass wieght and the dual chains...it robs about 25 HP away from the bike.   BUT, I just did a conversion of cutting off the jackshaft dual cog and goind OSD kit.  The OSD is one chain on the outside of the frame.  The bike feels so much better now.  More ballanced feel and smooth, ALso the seat of my pants says I freed up 15 HP back to the bike now...No dual chain friction.

IF your going to run a fatty and run it hard / at the track..make it a OSD kit.  Not just for less HP robbing, but my old jackshaft cog was constantly blowing out the bearings from track launches.

Your gearing does not help with the jackshaft and the fatty weight steeling HP from the bike.  THu gearing will help it feel snappy.  I went -1/+3 for the track.
