All of Bob's turn key Busa Packages come with the pair valve as a Crankcase pump.

Apparently it is starting to appear that it is more prevalent than expected.

What kind do you use?  I'm going to a sidewinder and I'm taking my pair valve off. I've ran it for a few years now.  I ride on the street as much as possible.  I go to the track almost every weekend.  I never had any issue with mine.  Cookie is right.  It does make more power.  I'm by no means a professional.  This is just what worked for me.

I have read having some vacuum evac the crankcase on a turbo motor is good as it helps pull the oil out the turbo and back into the pan.

The benefit of this is that it keeps oil from leaking past the seals and it should keep the bearing area slightly cooler.
I've yet to see a decent JE piston.  All the ones that have come through my door are big heavy clunky items.

What if you just run the 4 hoses that would normally run to the exhaust to atmosphere? it would still work the same right?

Why would you want to go to that extent when it is laid out so simply??

I used my pair valve for this on my LSR bike. Saw 2 hp on the dyno, my bike runs two ways, idle on the line waiting to run and WO anytime else. I have made a bunch of dyno passes and even more WO passes for miles and miles at El Mirage and Bonneville. No problems yet!
