2010 goals

Alright, whats all the big boys goals for ET and/or MPH in 2010?

My goal is a 9.99.....I've ran 10.8 at stock wheelbase and banging off the rev limiter the last 200' of the track, with a soft launch.  Should be realistic now with the stretch and gearing.  :thumb:

For me:
60' = 1.3's or better.
1/8 = 5.5's or better.
1/4 = 8.5's or better.

I wanna get a lot more seat time this year. :thumb:

Next Sunday when I go to PBR (so hard to say that instead of Breakaway) I'm only wanting 6s.  :hys:

Well I'm down to 199 in gym shorts from 218 last season so I kinda feel like I'm getting close to being out of the heavy hitter class. but my goal for this year is
5.99 in the 1/8 and something in the 9.20's stock wheelbase. just bolt ons on my 08 busa. on pump gas.

10.30 the one time i had it at the track last year bone stock

I wanna run a 9.5...stock wheelbase 2 intake cams, full exhaust, no basegasket, port and polish, welded pair, small box mod, 40 shot dry, GSXR wheels, +2 in the rear, 2-step, air shifter and various weight reduction...did alot of work over the winter!

im 6-5 230 - 235 stock wheelbase 08 busa..

goal would be low 1.60's consistently
and hope to be running 6.2's in 1/8 mile
and 9.70's in quarter

hope that will be realistic by the end of the year .. still need to get my airshifter.

before airshifter hope to still be in the 1.60's  without shifter and 6.40 in 1/8

Air shifter won't make 2 tenths difference in the 1/4 mile, much less the 1/8th...maybe .05 in the 1/4 at most if you're footshifting properly.

If you are a good foot shifter an air shifter really don't even pick up .05 I don't see that from my air shifter just makes it easier.

I picked up almost .2 with an airshifter.  Just couldn't smoothly get foot up for 1-2 shift at swb

I launch with my left foot on the bike for that exact reason.  :thumb:

bringin stack height back and puttin new springs in.
