nos bottle mounting

Does it matter if you mount the bottle upside down or rightside up because i was i just wondering if it matter because i have a nos 2 pound bottle and its mounted upside down in the swingarm

It does matter.  It depends on whether or not the tube is still in the bottle

if its upside down,remove the tube inside....
