Greg, did you use the stock fuel pump or did you use the bosch? Also did Ryan do all of the tuning? for a setup like yours, how much dyno time is needed?

the richard supplies with stage 1 and 2 kits, ryan did all the tuning.  Took the better part of the day as we messed with all kinds of stuff, but now there is a basemap the next guy with turbo should be a lot faster.

are you using the fmu that came with the kit? I thought I read 1-1 regulator and gm3 bar map sensor. I ordered my stage 1 last monday along with your same motor mods. I want to tune with ecu editor. Do I need to specify 1-1 and 3bar sensor? thanks

You talk to Petrik about what he thinks the max HP level will be for stock injectors at 43 PSI :?:

pretty funny the worksheets we were working on months ago said 8 injectors at 100% duty cycle was 356 hp (funny thats exactly what i made lol).

a 3:1 vortec i came up with 485 hp theoretical, but that would require a LOT of boost, and fuel pressure might be getting too high at that point.

But for sure, adding a 3:1 would give a TON of safety factor on 350, or go with richards 650cc setup in the upper he is working on and have unlimited fuel LOL

Looks like i will have to get a new RCC fuel rail If you know anyone that needs one 4 stock injectors let me know =(

On the 4 650cc injectors that richards been working on, are they stock ecu compatible high impedence injectors? are they a straight swap out and install application or do you need to modify the fuel rail for the bigger size injectors? the gen2 is quickly dominating for stock ecu control for over 500hp! this is way too cool

I hate you for making all of this public.
I now have a large container with some well used, lonely one dollar bills and pocket change.
It's not nearly enough.  :x

Seriously, thanks for all the info and updates.  I wanted to do a stock wheelbase turbo bike the second I bought mine, but wasn't sure that I wanted all that comes with it.  Now being a little more educated on high hp turbo bikes, I feel like it's very liveable on the streets and I'll probably put it in my plans to get it working sometime in the winter.  That being said, I have no real use that I can use to justify building a turbo bike.... but I never had one for anything else either.

When I finish the 64 Catalina, I'm all over this.

If you don't mind (for those of us who haven't owned a turbo bike) could you explain the upkeep and maintenance, riding weather vs non riding, etc...?

Quite sure they do not have them for the Gen II busa, they do have them for Gen I.

oh well. still waiting on Richard to send my kit. I threw him off when I wanted my kit like yours with the 1/1 reg and 3bar map sensor. He was trying to come up with something to hold the 1/1 and 3bar sensor in place. I will be talking to you soon about flashing ecu and misc. harnesses.                     thanks Henry
