no, it has changed direction, now going through PAIR output, Petrik just released some new software over the weekend, i have only tested with bike sitting still etc but its outputing to the solenoid below target pressure, and shuts off above, need to get my air regulator and air compressor setup connected to the bike and see how she behaves :thumb:

why did you change valves for such a low boost application
I know they are ti but they are a ti alloy just like turbine blades on a jet are

recommendations of others here including Richard at RCC.  The valve springs in the Gen II are super light, like 28# or something i think.  I think there are issues trying to put stiffer springs with the stock gen II valves.  Putting water injection on now so i can run 14 psi on pump fuel.

Also, for ecu bragging rights wanna see it make 350 ish on the dyno to show it can do it, i have no rods, would love to show 400 hp but gonna have to leave that up to someone else.

I would not count on the 14# on pump with water injection.Granted the latent heat transfer process does absorb heat through its process I am not convinced it is enough to allow such an increase in boost.I could be wrong but I doubt it on this occasion. You may do it on a dyno but I would not hold it open too long :ohman: :ppcrn:
Ask the velocity owners who run 14 on pump with water and see before you end up with a mobile smelting plant :thumb:

I know what your saying about the ti valves. I have taken a gamble myself and installed gen1 springs with the gen2 ti valves for just a little more pressure on higher than stock gen2 boost levels. I am going to be running aquamist water injection and stock rods n pistons. cant wait to get it finished and running. just moved into my first house on the 22nd of jan so still organizing the new 720sq/ft garage and working 70hr weeks! gets a little hectic at times.

The 14 psi came from Richard, I believe there are a number of guys doing it.  And I dont hang onto boost forever in 6th gear or anything, hell being stock wheelbase on this thing will probably be super easy on the motor, never being able to stay into serious boost for long.

going to schnitz friday to play with ecu boost control, and to retune with 50/50 injector balance so should be enough fuel for > 325 hp, not sure if rods are or not

we were out of software control of them, that was corrected like 8 hours after being at dyno, time for a rematch lol

SWEET :!: :!: Dennis was thinking rich is why hp/boost levels were off some...I wonder if the turbo could be running out of its efficientcy range?

The rods should take it if ya don't detonate it.  I sprayed a 250 shot on a small block ford back in the day, it was stock rods with good bolts, ran like 14 or so, 15 lb bottles through it; it never broke. Besides stock busa rods are pretty good stuff.

Greg are there any upgrades to the fuel system or is ecu editing alone controlling the injectors to 350hp..Do you know how many cc's the primary and secondary injectors flow? I bet this was motivation for ya boosting the 2gen , No fmu , ecu editing controlling fuel to these levels = KICK ASS !!!
I havent been keeping up with progress but how is ecu editor compensating fuel thru different boost levels..???
