Now I got what you ment when you said galley. Tom and atticdog, I'm assuming those are both rcc kits? Looks like I'm ordering a new set of block off plates, and yes, removing the restrictor. They way you guys are set up, the oil cooler ports are not even used then.

Thanks Tom, now if I could learn for sure where the oil lines go befor I learn the hard way, I'd be just about set. Lol

Lets see if I can get it straight...

Turbo feed...

Block off this one..

Removed restrictor for oil filter feed? Anyone else run theirs like this?

Do you see the 2 plugs with the copper gaskets just to the left of your finger in the first pic?  I run mine from the plug to the far left of your finger.

I need some opinions. I'm going to powdercoat the compressor housing, charge pipes, and airbox. I was thinking high gloss black to keep with the "murdered out" theme, or I have a nice candy blood red. I know it's almost pointless, and the only thing you'll really be able to see is the charge pipe on the left side, butnit will give me somthin to do well I wait for parts. What do you guys think?

Project looks good.  :thumb: :thumb:

I would go black and keep with your theme. If ya put just a couple of red parts on they are going to look out of place.

Hey, look at that 200 posts, got rid of that squid title.

I never put up pics of the FMU, and fuel pump. A nice touch if you notice on the fuel lines, stock connectors were installed for the fuel feed to the rail, and fuel return on the tank. :thumb:

You may want to put a piece of rubber, etc. under the FMU bracket, mine broke right at the bend...possibly from the weight or vibration.

Well my parts should be here by the end of the week, so I can get the show back on the road! I'm also please to say that NEM is going to help me with my spacer, and timing gear install. I was going to have Brian at WIN racing do it, but that would mean $500 less towards the project, and I wouldn't be able to be hands on with it. I've build tons of turbo car motors, but this is my first time on a bike.

Other news, I ordered the proper oil feed fitting from Rich at RCC. I'm not rolling the dice on starving the turbo, or engine of oil do to a questionable oil feed. I've come to find that "instructions" for this stedman kit really don't have any relevance to what the kit actually has. The only thing that is the same is bolting up the airbox, and turbo. But I kinda knew that going into this, that I was going to have to do some research. Now one thing I want to confirm is my vaccum line routing. The wastegate, and fmu connect to the two barbed fittings on the bottom of the airbox. The boost gauge, and bov get connected to the throttle bodies along with the stock map sensor. The stock map sensor has to have a check valve blocking boost, so it only sees vaccum. The fmu check valve should block from vaccum, but allow it to see boost. Correct? Did I miss anything? :D
