MIR will open for the 2010 season this weekend, Saturday & Sunday, March 6-7, 2010. The snow is all gone and the weather forecast for this Saturday & Sunday is Sunny Skies and temperatures in the low 50s! What a great opening weekend!
It’s that time of year again to head back to Maryland International Raceway for a great season of racing! On Saturday MIR will host a full day Test & Tune. Time runs, grudge runs, testing, and tuning all day long! MIR will also have a free $1,000 to win gamblers race for the bracket racers. So bring your grudge matches, street cars, pro cars, bracket cars, imports, motorcycles, and Jr. Dragsters to MIR! Gates open at 10am, eliminations begin at 2:30pm, and the test & tune is over at 6pm. Admission is just $15.
This Sunday at MIR is the new Street / Strip Test & Grudge program. The event is open to grudge matches, street cars, pro cars, bracket cars, imports, motorcycles, and Jr. Dragsters. Plus, there will be a special match race session where racers can go heads-up or dial-in against one another for prizes. Gates open at 10am and will end at 6pm. Admission is just $10 to watch or $20 to race.
