08 crank 00 starter clutch and cam sprocket

Hey guys my 08 crank has a wider area on the spline preventing the 00 starter clutch and cam sprocket from sliding on. What exactly
do I have to make them work with the 08 crank?

Take your Dremel and remove one tooth from the sprocket and starter clutch
