32bit upgrade HELP

I changed the rotor, ecu, 56 to 33, 60 to 53, and 36 with 43. Now the bike will not start and is throwing c13, 14, 15,, 21, 22, and 23. Seem like it doesn't like the sensors need help.

You did start out with a 99-2000 bike and not a 2001 correct?

Yes sir bike is a 2000 the rotor is a 05 and the ecu is a 04

I found a wire pulled just a little in the plug
