1st gear is acting funny

I have a 2000 Busa with a lil over 10,000 miles. My 1st gear just start acting funny. When i get up to 30 mph its jerking and act like it wants to shift on it's own. The rest of my gears are just fine. Any suggestions on what might be wrong.
